San Antonio is the most famous & "lively" place to be of course, where most of the touring clubs tend to stay.

Ibiza Cricket Club are now based at the San Jose stadium, located 15 mins from San Antonio. It is a modern complex with very good facilities including a big clubhouse with viewing terrace and bar, changing rooms and showers.

The outfield is artificial grass and one of the best surfaces to play cricket on. The wicket is a Flix Pitch.

Two to three matches can be played mid-week leaving the stadium free for football at the weekends. It is occasionally possible to arrange weekend matches outside of the football season.

Ibiza Cricket Club play a good standard of cricket about the same level as a strong English village side.

The “ex-pat” Ibiza Cricket Club are very hospitable and like to give visiting teams every opportunity to enjoy the social side of the island. If you wish they can also organise boat trips, pub crawls or anything else that you might be interested in. They also organise an end of tour Presentation Evening where the Player of the Tour is presented.


MALLORCA

Mallorca is still one of the most popular destinations for British holidaymakers with Palma Nova and Magaluf being the main resorts .

Palma Nova is trendy and relaxed and offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars, while Magaluf, welcomes the younger holidaymakers attracted to its nightclubs and bars. There are many "extra-curricular" activities you can get up to while here including watersports, aquapark & go-karting.

There are also fourteen golf courses on the island and all are of a high standard.

Mallorca Cricket Club is set just bellow the Sierra Burguest mountains, and the clubhouse has it’s own bar and terrace facing the mountains. The wicket is artificial and the outfield is rolled sand. There are also two practice nets available.

Mallorca Cricket Club run three teams – mostly “ex-pats”. The standard of cricket is medium to high and touring teams can expect friendly, but competitive games.

Normal trainers are suitable for the pitches. No Cricket spikes please.
